Do you actually pay claims?
Yes. That’s the entire business. If we don’t pay, people cancel. Most claims are reviewed in 24–48 hours and paid out (minus your deductible).

How fast do I get paid?
Most claims are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Once approved, payouts are sent right away.

When does coverage start?
30 days after signup (no sneaking in a pre-broken TV).

What’s covered?
Accidental toddler chaos: spills, drops, smashed screens, mystery dents. Cracked TV? Juice spilled on a laptop? We’ve got you.

How many claims can I make?
Up to 2 per year, capped at your plan’s limit ($1k, $2.5k, or $5k). Simple and fair.

Does coverage travel with me?
Yep—for portable stuff like phones, tablets, and laptops. Big appliances are only covered at your home address.

Can I cover more than one home?
Sure—just grab a separate subscription for each household. One plan = one home.
